Vietnam grows Robusta like nowhere else on earth — nearly 95% of the country’s entire coffee crop, perfected over generations in the red soil of the Central Highlands. Grown at higher elevation and roasted with a lighter hand, our Arabica comes out smooth and quiet: soft chocolate, a touch of stone fruit, almost no bitterness. Pour it, drip it, or hand it to the customer who insists they “don’t really like” Vietnamese coffee.
